During Triestespresso Expo, where Torrcaffè took part as an exhibitor, showcasing its new Prestigio Line of closed-system capsule machines, the fifth edition of the Guide to Italian Coffees and Roasteries was launched.
Once again edited by Andrej Godina and Mauro Illiano, this latest edition brings together carefully selected coffee producers from across all regions of Italy. It offers a journey of evaluation in which each coffee is blind-tasted according to a shared protocol and assessed using the Macinini rating system: 1 grinder for good, 2 for very good, and 3 for excellent.
Torrcaffè participated in the Espresso, Moka and Single-Serve Capsule categories, earning recognition in all three, with its Mr. Pablo blend receiving the highest possible rating of 3 Macinini.
This achievement further confirms the quality of Torrcaffè’s artisanal approach to coffee roasting, made possible by its traditional wood-fired roasting system.
