On Saturday, May 16, “Imprese Aperte Parma” returns, the initiative that takes visitors behind the scenes of some of Parma’s finest businesses, offering a unique opportunity to discover the people, craftsmanship, technologies, and passion that make the local territory so special.
This year’s edition will involve more than 60 companies across the Parma area, with free guided visits available by reservation only.
We at Torrcaffè will also open the doors of our roastery with 3 guided tours dedicated to the journey “From Bean to Cup”.
During the experience, visitors will enter the heart of our production process and discover the art of traditional wood-roasted coffee alongside our Master Roaster: from the selection of green coffee beans to the roasting process and final tasting experience. Guests will also explore the different origins of raw coffees in our Roastery Lab and enjoy guided sensory tastings.
