From February 16 to 18, we will be among the exhibitors at HIP – Horeca Professional Expo, one of the most important international events dedicated to innovation in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, taking place in Madrid.
We will participate in collaboration with Himikode at Hall 7 – Stand 7B224, where we will present a preview of our new device, Coffee Locks PRO.
This is a patented technology developed in collaboration with the University of Parma, designed to protect roasters’ investments and ensure the continuity of Ho.Re.Ca. supply contracts. The system enables controlled use of bar equipment exclusively with the supplying roastery’s products, transforming customer loyalty into an automatic, secure, and traceable process.
Thanks to a unique, non-reusable identification system applied to each coffee package, the device recognizes the authorized blend, enables grinding and dispensing for a predefined number of cycles, and blocks operation when unauthorized products are used—providing maximum contractual protection and full control over equipment usage.
