January kicks off with momentum: Torrcaffè takes center stage at Marca and SIGEP
The new year begins for Torrcaffè under the banner of innovation, connection, and research. January will be an intense and inspiring month, seeing us take part in two consecutive trade fairs, two key opportunities to share our vision of coffee and introduce important new developments.
We start with Marca in Bologna, the international trade show dedicated to private label products. Here, Torrcaffè will showcase its home consumption coffee range, designed for those who seek quality, identity, and flavor at home—without compromise.
It will also be the perfect occasion to present our private label approach: a tailor-made project that combines our artisanal roasting expertise with the ability to develop products aligned with our partners’ values and needs.
Immediately after, the focus shifts to SIGEP, the international benchmark event for foodservice and artisanal excellence. At this event, Torrcaffè will unveil an absolute first that fully embodies our spirit of experimentation: the first coffee aged in cherry wood barrels and wood-roasted, the Barriqo.
A project born from the meeting of tradition and research, where time, wood, and fire come together to create a unique sensory profile, opening up a new frontier in the world of coffee.
Two trade fairs, two different contexts, one shared thread: the desire to keep innovating while staying true to our identity.
